City street workers fix pot holes in March 2019

The City of Leavenworth Streets Department makes every attempt to fix potholes to keep streets safe. However, sometimes winter storms can damage our streets and create new potholes. Community members who see a pothole are encouraged to report it to the City so that it can be fixed in a timely manner. Please provide the following information on this form so that we may fix potholes.
