Regular On and Off Premise Cereal Malt Beverage License

The City of Leavenworth requires businesses that sell cereal malt beverages to be licensed. All Cereal Malt Beverage licenses expire December 31st of each year and requires approval from the Governing Body. To read more about the regulations or get the Kansas application forms, click on the link to view the regulations and applications you need.

Temporary Cereal Malt Beverage License

Temporary cereal malt beverage licenses are available for special events. No more than four (4) special event permits may be issued in a calendar year to the same applicant.

Applications shall be made at least fourteen (14) days before the event and are reviewed by the Police Chief and City Clerk for approval.
