Court Services

The Court Services Division provides a liaison between our citizens, the municipal court, and the police department. The Court Services Officer, Officer Sweet, facilitates the signing of complaints, ensures the case folder is court-ready, ensures that officers are present for court and interested parties are notified and handles special situations as needed. Officer Sweet also performs subpoena duties for Leavenworth Municipal Court.
