Procurement
Procurement is the centralized purchasing function responsible for making purchases of products and services for the City of Leavenworth.
Areas of Responsibility
- Acquire goods and services to support departments for the best possible price while being prudent with taxpayer dollars.
- Provide and ensure that the purchasing process is open, fair, competitive, and provides opportunities for all interested vendors.
- Promote vendor participation in business through outreach to all vendors interested, providing goods and services for the City of Leavenworth.
- Maintain and manage vendor contracts on behalf of departments.
Potential vendors and organizations may complete a W9, ACH form, and submit it to our department. A copy of the W9 and ACH forms can be found below.
