Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor: The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified, motivated applicants to perform and supervise the performance of routine cleaning and maintenance tasks at the Riverfront Community Center. 

Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or GED; at least 18 years old at time of appointment; three years’ experience in custodial or maintenance field or equivalent combination of experience and training; two years’ supervisory experience; must possess valid driver’s license at time of application; have, or obtain within 90 days, first aid and CPR/AED certification; and be able to meet the attendance requirements of the position.

Starting Salary: $46,040 plus excellent benefits.
