Description of Work:
The annual stormwater projects (orange fence projects) are locations that address issues where property owners are directly affected or create safety issues to major roadways within the city. Below is the location and a brief description of the four project locations. Click on each location to see pictures of the progress.
Replacement of a deteriorated 42” corrugated metal pipe in the side and back yard of the property. The property has numerous sinkholes in the yard due to the deteriorated pipe and separated pipe joints. New 42”HDPE pipe and a new area inlet will be installed.
Replacement of a deteriorated 60” corrugated metal crossroad pipe, the replacement of an area inlet, and rebuild of the roadway. New 60” concrete pipe and a 6’x6’ area inlet will be installed.
Replacement of a deteriorated 84” corrugated metal crossroad pipe, replacement of 21 feet of sanitary sewer, and rebuild of the roadway. New 84” aluminized metal pipe will be installed.
Replacement of a deteriorated 60” corrugated metal pipe, an 8’x8’ area inlet, and
8’x8’ junction box in the back yards of 908 Park Avenue and 4517 Park Ten Ct. New 60” HDPE pipe, a new 8’x8’ area inlet, and a new 8’x8’ junction box will be installed.
