Pioneer Field Day

Save the date for our Pioneer Field Day and Scavenger Hunt!

The FFAM Education Pioneer Field Day and Scavenger Hunt will take place on July 27, 2024 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Frontier Army Museum. Children ages 4-12 are invited to attend (with at least one parent) and experience the games and activities children played during the early pioneer days.

Families will need to reserve their spot in advance to ensure they can participate in the activities. Reservations can be made starting on July 13 via the registration form on our website.

The children will be placed in one of three groups designated by age and will rotate every 20 minutes through one of three activity stations. This is a fun event for the entire family, and a chance to experience activities children played before technology. We will be looking for volunteers (18 years and older) to assist with our events.
