Calling all photographers
Enter the Tourism Photo Contest

The Leavenworth CVB is pleased to present the "Tourism Photo Contest".  Help us share and promote our beautiful city and county through your photography!  

The Leavenworth Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Photo Contest begins on August 26, 2024 and ends Sept. 30, 2024 at 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest. (Please see the forms attached at the bottom of this page.)

Submissions should be emailed to cvb@firstcity.org. Please include your name, where the photo was taken, and your contact information on the form provided at the bottom of this page.  You may also submit by bringing a flash drive with your photos to the Leavenworth CVB, 100 N 5^th St., Leavenworth, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Each photographer may submit up to 5 [five] photos. 

Who may enter:

There are two categories; one is open to photographers’ ages 10-17, and the other is open to those 18 years old and older. Beginners, amateurs, and professionals can apply.  The Leavenworth Convention & Visitors Bureau will determine winners’ eligibility at its sole discretion.

What to enter:

Travel and Tourism photos from the City of Leavenworth and within Leavenworth County Kansas. 

Examples:  Area events and festivals, parades, people at restaurants, murals, statutes, people shopping and or sightseeing, area attractions, sporting events, theater shows, agri-tourism, farmers market, outdoor adventures, etc.
